1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://cgapp.org (the “Site”) and CGAPP membership services. By accessing the Site or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Membership is intended for licensed clinical genetics advanced practice providers and related professionals. You represent that you are eligible and that information you submit is accurate.

3. Membership & Access

• Membership details and benefits are described on the Site. Payment of dues grants membership access for the specified membership term.
• Membership access is personal and non-transferable.

4. Payments, Billing & Renewal

• Membership dues are charged at the time of purchase.
• If you opt into automatic renewal, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method for future membership periods until you cancel auto-renewal.

5. No Physical Goods / No Shipping

CGAPP provides digital content and membership services only. We do not sell or ship physical goods; therefore, shipping terms do not apply.

6. Refunds

Membership purchases are subject to the Membership / Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

Members must comply with applicable laws and must not misuse the Site or membership resources (including unauthorized sharing of content or confidential information).

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content and member materials are owned by CGAPP or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CGAPP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

CGAPP may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in the Membership / Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date.
