Refund Policy

1. General Rule

All membership purchases are final and non-refundable. Because membership confers immediate digital access and services, dues are non-refundable once charged.

2. Cancellation & Future Billing

Members may cancel automatic renewal to avoid future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; past charges are non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

In limited circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges, clear processing errors), CGAPP may consider a refund request. To request review, contact us via the contact form within 14 days of the transaction and provide relevant details.

4. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your card issuer, CGAPP will attempt to resolve the dispute directly. Unresolved or unjustified chargebacks may result in membership suspension.
